Meet the Team

Mike (aka Jr or Little) Mike had the vision to create this business and he's put in the time and quality workmanship to build it, he is our very own plumbing, heating, and cooling guru. With a Master Plumber license, Mechanical license (HVAC), Contractors license, and certifications in backflow prevention testing(ASSE), residential boilers, and medical gas, he's the guy you want for your large jobs and commercial work, but he jumps right into the small jobs and residential work too. He's our very own master of all trades and is frequently called upon to help problem solve when it seems there is no way to fix it. He is our out-of-the-box thinker who gets things done. Scott is our heating service tech and plumbing apprentice. He came to us already licensed in HVAC work, ready to learn to plumb. He's has various helpers from the crew depending on the work he has scheduled. He's a mover folks, he jumps right in and grabs the reigns, always doing his best work to ensure our reputation stays top-notch in our customers' eyes.

Matt had been our plumbing helper for quite some time. He left us for a little while to try his hand at something new. He's returned as a licensed Journey Plumber and is back to handling plumbing service work for us, he is also now an ASSE-certified backflow prevention tester. We're happy to have him on board and look forward to seeing him grow in this field. He's even been working with our HVAC tech's learning some in a new trade. He's always ready to tackle a job, getting it done correctly the first time with top-notch customer service.

Travis is one of our plumbing apprentices. He is working alongside our licensed technicians to learn the trades and provide customers with the same customer service they have come to expect from the Two Mike's crew. He is the son of our HVAC tech and plumbing apprentice Scott and he is a chip off the old block as the saying goes. Always willing to do what it takes to get the job done and he is a mover just like his dad! We didn't add a current photo of him to this page, because we just love that he's in the photo with his dad already! We couldn't be more pleased to have him on our team as part of the Two Mike's family, though he's been part of the "family" since birth as Tracy used to babysit him.

Tracy has been a behind-the-scenes member since 2007, grabbed the work by the horns, and began handling all in-house accounting, bookkeeping, secretarial, human resources, marketing, and general business management in 2015. You can email Tracy directly at t[email protected], as of May 2022, Tracy is fully focused on the behind-the-scenes business management, and dealing with the bigger issues as they arise, having handed off customer service and scheduling to Melissa and Accounts Receivable to her part time billing helper Kathi. 

Melissa joined us in May of 2022, she has taken over answering our phones, and scheduling our work and is amazing as our Customer Relations Specialist. The scheduling of our jobs has never been so smooth, and it's getting better every day. She's making our superior customer service start with the call and the scheduling. Even as she is learning the ropes and terminology of the trades, she is providing our customers with top-notch assistance when they call, she's even taken on the task of ensuring every customer with a scheduled job gets a call the day before to confirm their appointment which is something we had just not been able to make work when we had one person doing so many of the tasks. We are so happy to have her here, say "HI" when you call our office. 

Leslie joined us in February of 2023, as our first female technician. She is primarily found with Matt as a plumbing apprentice helping ensure all plumbing service work is completed and the customers are satisfied. She is also like family as Tracy's spent time with her since birth being close friends with her aunt and parents and grandparents!

Kathi  joined us in April of 2024, she has taken over billing, permitting and some other office tasks, she is part time and usually in the office in the mornings handling customer invoice questions, and ensuring all invoices are sent out in a timely and accurate manner, she works great with Melissa ensuring customers that need to be called and reminded of invoices they've gotten behind on paying are handled with care. She is also family being the little sister of Tracy.

Ethan  joined us in May of 2024, he is usually helping Scott and has attended Northwestern Tech in Southfield for HVAC training, he joined us as an HVAC tech in training and plumbing apprentice. Although his background isn't necessarily mechanical in nature he has the drive and desire to learn these trades and isn't afraid of a little hard work or to ask when he doesn't know how something is done. 

Aden  joined us in October of 2024, he is our newest apprentice and helper, he is put with whichever "senior" technician will most need extra hands on jobs for the day, sometimes being part of a multi-technican crew and other times being the second set of hands to the expert technician on jobs. He came aboard without experience in plumbing and HVAC and is learning more everyday! 

Mike (aka Sr or Big) joined his son in his quest to build this business, as of 2017 and in 2024 decided it was time to "retire" and take a break, then got a bit bored and went back to work, if you're in the Grand Blanc area you may see him in his new role. If you see him be sure to say "HI".
